Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team.

 

The Opportunity:

Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications Problem identification and troubleshooting a variety of complex electrical problems with limited supervision Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports with limited supervision Perform engineering analysis with limited supervision Executing engineering projects, including interaction of key suppliers Install, power up of tools in lab and Debug & rectify variety of field issues Generate electrical product specifications Specify and review engineering documentation

 

What you need:

Design Power Electronics circuits Design power electronic components Performing heat dissipation and cooling calculations, basic electromagnetic calculations Circuit simulation skills using Matlab Simulink/ LTSpice/ Pspice Perform Load calculation Component selection Electrical Software E3s, EPLAN Understanding of Electrical Standards UL508A, NFPA79, NEC, SEMI etc.

 

Desired Skills:

1. Hands on experience in microcontrollers/microprocessors, PLCs

2. Communication Protocols: Ethercat, TCP/IP, Modbus RS485 and Modbus TCP/IP

3. Software: LabVIEW (Basic Level)

4. Basic understanding of servers

5. CAD modelling software Auto-Desk-Inventor, UG-NX etc.,

 

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in power electronics is preferred, however Bachelor’s in EE with sufficient relevant experience can be considered as well

Experience: 2-6 Years in EE design
