Minimum 5 years of experience as PowerBI Developer. Extensive expertise in Power BI, with a solid understanding of DAX and M queriesVisual Skills: Strong experience in Visual design skills, with a keen eye to aesthetics and detailsStrong hands-on experience with SQL.Proficiency in querying languages (e.g. SQL, SAS) or other data mining and manipulation toolsExperience in relational database & data warehouse.Good experience in working in AgilePowerBI certification is a plus.Experience in building predictive analytical models (e.g. Python) is a plus.Strong communication skillsEffective interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate at own initiative with a pro-active attitude in line with bank policyStrong skills to drive change: planning & alignment, solution design, stakeholder managementHigh resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and a focus on collaborationProactive, a can-do mentality, a positive mind-set and organizational sensitivity
