**Introduction** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our support team. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards, resolving user issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Power BI and a service-oriented mindset to support business users across departments **Your role and responsibilities** · Monitor scheduled Power BI data refreshes and troubleshoot failures or performance issues. · Respond to user queries and incidents related to Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets. · Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business requirements. · Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI assets. · Collaborate with data engineers and source system owners to resolve data-related issues. · Analyze usage patterns and optimize report performance and load times. · Implement improvements in DAX queries, data models, and visualizations. · Assist in migrating legacy reports to Power BI or enhancing existing solutions. · Maintain documentation for report logic, data sources, and support procedures. · Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand reporting needs. · Participate in change management and release cycles for BI updates. **Required technical and professional expertise** · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. · 6+ years of experience in Power BI development and support. · Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query. · Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, etc.). · Experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning of Power BI reports. · Excellent communication (English), problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
