Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Power BI Developer. Responsibilities: * Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights * Utilize Microsoft Fabric to integrate, manage, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency * Leverage Lakehouse and/or Warehouse capabilities within Microsoft Fabric to optimize data storage, management, and analytics * Implement and manage incremental data loads and refreshes to ensure up-to-date and accurate data * Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to implement end-to-end data solutions using Fabric's comprehensive suite of tools * Optimize data models and visualizations for performance and scalability within the Fabric environment * Implement real-time analytics and data processing using Fabric's capabilities to support timely decision-making * Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within the Fabric framework * Provide training and support to team members on best practices for using Power BI and Fabric
