Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Power BI Developer. Responsibilities: * Serve as a key contributor to the organization's data strategy and analytics capabilities * Develop BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and Streamlit * Partner with data engineering teams to ensure clean, accessible, and well-structured datasets * Align BI development efforts with company-wide strategic initiatives and KPIs * Analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues, including data inconsistencies, gaps, and transformation logic * Optimize SQL queries, Python code and data models to improve performance and reduce report load times * Analyze report development as proposed via Excel * Address user feedback and continuously enhance BI solutions to meet evolving business needs * Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks and improve data workflows * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations * Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and deliver scalable BI solutions * Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way to non-technical users * Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards * Enable data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization * Deliver insights that drive performance improvement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth * Increase visibility into key metrics and help leadership monitor progress toward strategic goals * Contribute to a culture of data literacy and transparency throughout the organization
