Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our development team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• develop, support and document reporting and extract, transformation and data change (ETL) processes
• perform data analysis, data mapping and data profiling
• create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• validate functional and technical specifications
• seek and tackle data quality problems with dedication and inventively craft and apply integrated and acceptance test strategies
• estimate project efforts
• create and apply standard and established processes for the BI team
• deploy and test your developments
• resolve support incidents and manage the expectations of our business clients through effective communication

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• demonstrable experience designing and managing business intelligence solutions
• hands-on expertise with Microsoft components such as SSIS/SSAS/SSRS/Data Factory/PowerBI
• extensive knowledge of SQL language
• solid understanding of BI concepts : data warehousing, data mart, ETL, reports, analytics
• degree, diploma, or certification in computing science or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3 or more years’ experience in a similar position
Interpersonal and soft skills:
• good communication skills
• problem solving attitude
• good team-player working toward common goals
Nice to have:
• experience with cloud services and application deployment automation
• experience with Azure and Microsoft Infrastructure Services
