**Job Title: Powder Coater** **Job Description** Apply powder-based paint coatings to metal and other surfaces using specialized spray equipment. This role is responsible for preparing parts, operating coating machinery, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. **Responsibilities** + Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and sanding surfaces. + Operate specialized spray equipment to apply powder-based paint coatings. + Ensure high-quality finishes on all coated surfaces. + Maintain an efficient workflow while adhering to safety standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and paint preparation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of paint line operations. + Experience with sanding and blasting processes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a 4-day workweek with a flexible schedule, including voluntary overtime on Fridays. The position is scheduled for 2nd shift hours from Monday to Thursday, 2:45 PM to 12:45 AM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
