**Job Title: Powder Coat Painter | 1st shift | $17-$25 | Canton** **Job Description** Join our team as a Powder Coat Painter, working 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday in Canton, OH. You will engage in painting wet paint or powder on metal products, utilizing your expertise to ensure high-quality finishes. **Responsibilities** + Apply wet paint or powder coat to metal products. + Set up and clean spray guns independently. + Utilize baking ovens and industrial washers as needed. + Move parts on and off the conveyor line efficiently. + Perform color and powder changes with precision. + Maintain the wash line and ensure it operates smoothly. + Change feed hoppers as required. + Prime parts prior to painting. + Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure paint standards. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in painting and powder coating techniques. + Experience with spray guns. + Industrial painting experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with paint preparation and industrial painting processes. + Experience working in a paint booth environment. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a balanced work schedule with 4/10 hour shifts, allowing for a full weekend.
