Our client, medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a postmarket surveillance analyst to join their team.
**Job Title:** Postmarket Surveillance Analyst
**Location:** Plymouth, MN location (hybrid potential after training).
**Pay Range:** $30 - $33/hr on W2
**Experience Level:** 0-3 Years
**Start Date:** Within 2 Weeks

You will handle complaint documentation, coding, and analysis related to medical devices, supporting regulatory and quality assurance processes. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Handle and document product complaints, including those related to sales, adverse events, and malfunctions.
+ Code complaints to identify trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Manage files, procedures, and detailed descriptions accurately.
+ Meet deadlines and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Collaborate with teams to ensure quality assurance and regulatory standards are upheld.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree required (sciences preferred).
+ **Experience:** 0–3 years in a related role.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
+ Strong **time management** and **organizational skills** .
+ **Adaptable** , motivated, and able to learn independently.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in the medical **device** industry.
+ Background in **regulatory affairs** , **quality assurance (QA)** , or **clinical/medical** fields.
+ Prior experience in **complaint handling** , **customer service** , or **claims management** .
+ Familiarity with handling **high-volume tasks** and meeting deadlines.
**Work Environment:**
+ **Onsite:** Plymouth, MN location (hybrid potential after training).
+ **Interview Process:** 1-2 virtual interviews (30 minutes each).
**Potential for Conversion:** This role offers the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
