What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and optimize scalable PostgreSQL database schemas.

Build and fine-tune partitioning, indexing, and stored procedures.

Optimize complex SQL queries for performance.

Segregate OLTP vs OLAP workloads to distribute load efficiently.

Scale analytical and reporting workloads.

Design and implement robust backup and recovery frameworks.

Automate database maintenance tasks including backups and monitoring.

Drive SQL-based reporting and analytics using BI tools.

Stay up to date with the latest PostgreSQL advancements and industry best practices.

Experience with AWS RDS (Postgres) is a strong plus.
