Specific technical duties include, but are not restricted to: tissue culture, leukocyte isolation from human blood samples, flow cytometry, qPCR, maintaining of mouse colony, mouse genotyping, _in vivo_ experimentation, ELISA, and statistical analyses. Furthermore, the postdoctoral fellow will be required to present laboratory meetings and institution-level seminars and write research articles and fellowships. Finally, the postdoctoral fellow will help maintain the laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, re-suppling, and inventorying whenever needed. However, CD16a can be shed from the cell surface prior engagement. We, therefore, generated a novel antibody that inhibits CD16a shedding, to test the hypothesis that CD16a shedding is a homeostatic mechanism of immune regulation. The salary range for the role is $72500 - $80000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
