Serve as accessible, responsible, primary point of contact for addressing any challenges/issues that arise during the evening sessions.  Track participation trends in tutor sessions by analyzing data, monitoring exam schedules, and observing usage patterns, and make recommendations to the Center Director for improving services as needed; provide back-up support for tutors with questions about reporting session details in schedule management system.
