Department OverviewThe Post Repossession Manager will be responsible for the oversight, strategy, and execution of all post repossession functions for MVTRAC and SCM. This executive-level role requires a hands-on leader who can manage internal teams, optimize operational processes, and scale functions using both domestic and nearshore resources. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and experienced in asset recovery operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Job Description

Evaluates, analyzes, and develops business processes and methodologies to implement and enhance cost-effective standard operating procedures. Audits existing procedures for effectiveness and compliance. Investigates and develops solutions to operational business needs. Ensures business operations support the strategic plan

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership experience in asset recovery, auto finance, or related fieldDemonstrated success managing multi-functional teams, including nearshore resourcesDeep understanding of post repossession workflows, compliance, and client expectationsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient with operational reporting tools and CRM/workflow systemsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Target Base Salary Range: $65,900 - $131,800

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
