Job Title: Post Recovery Representative
Job Description

The Post Recovery Representative is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails, serving as a process expert for callers, and ensuring timely and effective assistance. This role includes accurate and timely reporting of all repossessions to clients, compliance with client post-repossession requirements, and support of partnered departments in completing necessary administrative tasks.

ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of calls related to all aspects of the post recovery department, including scheduling release and redemption, answering questions, and managing escalations.Report all repossessions from third-party service providers to the applicable client either by email or within the client’s system of record.Obtain all client-required forms for each repossession to meet service level requirements and timelines.Field a high volume of inbound calls to schedule vehicle releases and place outbound calls to coordinate pickup, paperwork, and answer questions.Manage lot inventory, including redemption releases, transport releases, and follow-ups with individual agencies to maintain accurate inventory of units on the lot.Handle contested repossessions to ensure the vehicle take-back process is completed efficiently and accurately.Prepare analytical repossession reports for clients.Ensure timely and appropriate client communication.Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of client communication skills and/or administration in any office-related industry.Experience in account management, insurance verification, data entry, front desk, and call center operations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Must possess a professional phone demeanor.Excellent verbal communication skills.Efficient and accurate data typing and research abilities.Ability to type at least 40 WPM.Demonstrate the ability to follow basic procedures.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work well as part of a team.Excellent time-management and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood tenure (no more than 3 jobs in 5 years).Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience.Candidates should not have experience from certain call centers.Candidates who have been hired in this role have successfully worked in hybrid environments.Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The company provides the necessary equipment, including a phone and computer, to support work activities. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
