Post Market Surveillance Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Post Market Surveillance Specialist with expertise in medical device industry regulations and post market surveillance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

2-5 years experience in post market surveillance

Knowledge of drug/device regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile software

Familiarity with MDR/MDV reportability and Decision Trees

Responsibilities:

Process product inquiries and complaints as required by regulations and SOPs

Provide customer support and liaise between manufacturing, distribution, and service centers

Report adverse events and support product investigations

Enter data into complaint database using good documentation practices

Analyze complaint data for trend analyses

Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing departments to resolve product issues

Pay: 100K-110K

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
