Summary:
This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives and processes for the business unit.
Essential Functions: Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. Liaison between the marketing, sales, and technology groups to ensure business is aligned based on business and customer needs. Creates annual marketing plans that detail new product development, pricing, promotion, and development of distribution channels in target markets. Leads and manages the marketing function, including market development, product management, marketing communications and technical support. Ensures the use of rigorous marketing tools and best practices. Responsible for maintaining a highly skilled and motivated team of marketing professionals. Providing leadership, coaching and development opportunities to ensure the teams success. Actively participates as a member of the division's leadership team. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 10 + years of related technical marketing experience in a business-to-business relationship Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and managing high performing teams.
