This role is responsible for maintain and grow Curamik business in South of China by managing key account and developing new customer
Essential Functions:Grow and maintain business to achieve business plan in assigned territory and market segment.
Develop new market segment & new customers in local market.
Work out key account strategy to grow business at key accounts.
Build up good relationship with customers to improve loyalty level.
Co-work with global team to improve internal process to grow sales.
Education: BS Engineering/ Electronic Engineering /Electric, Automation or related.
Years of Experience: 8 years or above of direct sales experience among which 3 years experiences of key account management in e-Mobility or power electronic, semiconductor segment.
Experience with power module process, or relevant material.
Familiar with the market of power module and relative field.
Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Travel Requirement: 30%
