Summary: The Product Manager (PM) is a key individual contributor and strategic leader within the Product Development team, responsible for delivering a best-in-class Point of Sale (POS) experience. In this role, you will drive the vision and execution of a cloud-based POS solution that empowers our coworkers with seamless, scalable, and secure technology. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product vision, and customer-centric thinking to enhance the in-store experience and deliver measurable business impact. As the primary owner of the POS product, the PM is accountable for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery. This includes collaborating across the organization to ensure the POS platform meets evolving business needs, integrates seamlessly with supporting systems, and provides exceptional usability, performance, and compliance. This Product Manager role is an individual contributor position reporting to a Group Product Manager. The Product Manager works collaboratively across multiple teams but does not directly manage others. Key Responsibilities: * Own and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the SaaS-based POS platform, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and customer needs * Translate market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities into actionable requirements and product features, balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility * Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and scale POS solutions on a cloud-based platform, ensuring integrations with third-party systems for a seamless end-to-end experience * Drive innovations to improve uptime, reliability, security, and performance of the POS platform
