As the **Portfolio Transformation Specialist** , you will be responsible for delivering portfolio insights, reporting, and analytics that enable strategic decision-making within Quality, Productivity, and Effectiveness (QPE). In addition, you will contribute to portfolio transformation initiatives by designing solutions, streamlining processes, and supporting adoption of new ways of working. This role combines strong data and analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions and guide stakeholders through improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and value delivery. You will partner across QPE and Enterprise IT to design, build, and deliver solutions that improve transparency, efficiency, and decision-making. One day you may be developing dashboards or automating a process: the next, leading workshops, coaching stakeholders, or creating training resources.
