Portfolio Performance Space Data and Insights Lead

Supporting the Portfolio Performance and Strategy team, the Space Data and Insights Lead is primarily a data analyst role requiring strong analytical capabilities to transform raw data into meaningful business insights. You will work alongside a team of three data analysts, focusing on maintaining accuracy and integrity in space and occupancy data, headcount analysis, space types and financial recharges.
 

The role centers on ensuring all headcount is correctly placed in systems and responding to client requests such as financial recharges by pivoting and analyzing data to provide exactly what the client requires. This requires advanced Excel skills, big data management capabilities, and the ability to identify which information to extract and present to the client in compelling, actionable formats.
 

Day-to-day deliverables include supporting CAFM system (WebCoRE) management, tracking utilization data and trends, analysis, reporting, visual charts, and data audits. The role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized approach with strong stress management capabilities and data storytelling skills to build effective relationships with internal JLL teams and client stakeholders.


 

Responsibilities
 

• Assist in performing data audits in CAFM system by engaging with businesses and internal teams to support data accuracy

• Ensure all headcount data is correctly placed and maintained in systems

• Analyze and pivot large datasets to respond to client requests such as financial recharges and strategic reporting needs

• Transform raw data into meaningful insights and compelling data stories for client stakeholders

• Support the upload of new buildings and removal of old buildings in line with move-outs

• Help ensure SCB space planning standards are correctly allocated in WebCoRE

• Contribute to quarterly Portfolio Performance data analytics reports with strong analytical insights

• Learn to utilize data from different technology provided on account including any AI tools

• Support achievement of target WebCoRE KPI scores and assist with monthly reporting to Country Head of Property

• Participate in WebCoRE project working groups, innovation meetings, and weekly PWG sessions

• Assist with data requirements for moves management and building restacks

• Support initiatives to reduce vacancy rates in main buildings through data-driven analysis

Experience and Qualifications

• 1-2 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or corporate real estate data management roles

• Strong data analyst background with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation, big data management)

• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract relevant information based on client requirements

• Data storytelling capabilities - translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong stress management capabilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Diploma-level qualifications in data analysis, business administration, real estate, or equivalent professional experience

• Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint presentation capabilities for creating compelling visual reports

• Willingness to learn WebCoRE or similar CAFM system

• Basic understanding of office space planning concepts

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal abilities and eagerness to interact with stakeholders

• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to data accuracy and integrity
