We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, for a full-time role. As an Associate Partner you will be actively involved in all aspects of leading and delivering Portfolio & Location Strategy services to clients, from business development, proposal development through to managing projects and final deliverables. You will also play a leading role in broader business development, research and events. This is an opportunity to develop a thriving career within global real estate advisory firm with opportunities to work internationally.The role’s technical focus will be on supporting all aspects of strategic portfolio management, including helping clients optimising existing business portfolios and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies within their real estate portfolio, as well as all aspects of business location strategy including helping clients to identify the most favourable location (city) for a new or relocating business operation.

Experience and Skills
Proven track record in business development and client project leadershipCommercially astute across projects and practiceAbility to think strategically and creatively, to articulate client challenges and demonstrate how the real estate portfolio strategy can address theseStrong data analytical skills, ability to distinguish the emerging themes from data/research material to present in an innovative, visual and concise wayExcellent verbal and visual communication, presentation and writing skillsExcellent skills in interpreting and presenting data in power point, excel, word and social mediaArticulate with the ability to lead and contribute to thought leadership and research articles. Seek out innovation and share new ideas across service linesAbility to lead proposal writing, description of services and associated modelling of programme and fees. Proactive in with oversight only from Partners on large scale proposals and client pitchesConfident in presenting and supporting Partners on client communications, preparation and facilitation of senior level client interviews, workshops and presentationsAbility to manage medium to large scale projects including leading commercial aspect, quality of content, managing client expectations, relationships and new opportunitiesWorking with account leads and supported by a Partner to drive Portfolio & Location Strategy projects across geographies.Motivated to work as an individual and across a connected international team. Well organised and methodical with good attention to understand and prioritiseGood time management skills to work across multiple projects and deadlines effectively, often under time pressuresNetwork externally at events, raise profile of C&W capability and recognition in the local market, remain up to date on industry sector trend and challengesWork with and learn from other service lines across C&W to fully comprehend the holistic C&W offering to global clients and deliver great business outcomesQualifications
8+ years industry experience on strategic real estate portfolio management, including real estate portfolios optimisation, transformation, metro strategies, and location strategyExperience in the management consulting industry or in a consulting roleFirst degree and/or post graduate degree in relevant subject (this could include, but not limited to Real Estate, Economics, Geography, Regional Planning, Finance, etc)English language fluencyMember of the RICS not essential but would be a benefit
