The purpose of the job is to lead brand strategy development and execution across all channels to strengthen consumer engagement in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Management:
Adapt global brand guidelines to the local market, drive brand visibility, and foster emotional consumer connections.
360° Brand Building:
Develop cohesive marketing assets and communication plans across channels; align with CRM, Digital, Acquisition & Retention teams.
Market Strategy & Execution:
Implement market portfolio strategy, identify campaign opportunities, and ensure alignment with global identity.
Campaigns & Events:
Launch brand campaigns and impactful events, manage toolkits and communication materials, and track performance metrics.
Team & Partner Management:
Lead the marketing team’s daily operations, manage timelines, evaluate performance, and collaborate with external agencies.
Sustainability & Budget:
Integrate sustainability into initiatives and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
Required Skills & Competencies

Fluent English; Georgian and/or Russian is an asset
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or portfolio management in FMCG or similar industries
Track record of leading 360° brand campaigns and managing cross-functional teams
Experience in agency and budget management, with focus on measurable impact
