Portfolio Company - Account Executive AT - Scale-Up Energy, B2B (all genders)
One of i5's affiliated companies, a funded B2B EnergyTech scale-up (nobile), is looking for a driven Account Executive to help accelerate growth in the Austrian market. Backed by international investors and a high-performing team, the company is rapidly expanding across Europe post-funding. This is a hands-on sales role focused on converting pipeline into revenue, expanding market share, and helping shape the company's presence in Austria. Your Responsibilities: + Drive new business by identifying and closing opportunities with mid- to large-sized customers in Austria. + Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on execution and results. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the energy and industrial sectors. + Flexibility to travel. + Collaborate with the sales and management teams to align messaging, lead generation strategies, and market feedback. Report regularly on sales activity, and pipeline development using sales tools such as HubSpot. + Contribute to local go-to-market initiatives and help refine the sales approach based on market feedback. Your Profile: + At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector. + Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment. + Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a structured sales approach. + Self-starter mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability. + Experience selling in or to the Austrian market. + Languages: Fluent in German and English. + Location: Based in or near Vienna, or willing to relocate.
