**Main responsibilities:**
+ Manage, consolidate, and report on the entire project portfolio (CAPEX + OPEX)
+ Develop, implement, and monitor project strategy aligned with site and corporate objectives
+ Lead the risk management process and maintain the comprehensive risk matrix
+ Actively participate in governance forums and prepare materials for strategic decisions
+ Conduct resource planning, define priorities, and manage costs and schedules for projects
+ Maintain effective communication with global and local functions (Engineering, Quality, HSE)
+ Implement and apply digital solutions to enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making
+ Unite project portfolio management, project leadership, and risk management disciplines
_About you_
+ Higher education degree (preferably in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or economics)
+ Proven industrial experience
+ Deep knowledge in project and portfolio management methodologies
+ Experience leading complex projects in a manufacturing environment
+ Confident use of digital tools and project management software
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Business-level English language proficiency
+ Hungarian is a must
+ Knowledge of GxP regulations is an advantage
