To assist with Ongoing Credit Management and Ongoing Risk Management, or Collection support and administration to control exposure

We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst with experience in using Hogan and Plexis Collections and recovery on accounts experience in engaging and reminding customers with payments. Early risk identification, conversations with customers regarding defaulting accounts, make payment arrangements on customer accounts, assessing and making adjustments on accounts. To assist with Ongoing Credit Management and Ongoing Risk Management, or Collections support and administration to control exposure.

Are you someone who can:

Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff membersMaintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholdersMonitor daily overdrawn printouts and undertake refers to reduce overdrawn accountsComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsMonitor and control branch OCS queues, SAD queues to reduce number of activities required to zero.Approval of all facility requests within LDA. Analyse facility requests outside LDA with recommendation to managementMonitor / manage / close dormant accounts to increase retention of client base and decrease costMonitor and manage the categorisation of accounts within portfolio and manage triggered accounts to ensure client portfolio is up to date.Monitor and manage the collection process to increase efficiencies and increase recoveryGather and distribute relevant business informationManage personal development to increase own skills and competencies

Requirements:

NQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification

Additional Requirements:

2-3 years' experience in collections and recoveryExperience on Hogan and PlexisAccount risk managementPayment arrangements
