As a Portfolio Administrator within PNC’s Institutional Asset Management (IAM) team, you will provide essential operational, investment, and administrative support to investment managers and custody professionals serving nonprofit organizations, corporations, retirement plans, unions, insurance entities, and other institutional clients. This role is critical to delivering a seamless client experience and supporting our team’s commitment to trusted relationships, flawless execution, and high-quality insights. Responsibilities include:
Investment & Reporting Support
• Prepare high-quality client reports, portfolio book reviews, and related materials, ensuring all performance data and analytics are accurate and ready for delivery.
• Support the Investment Team with portfolio rebalances, trade preparation, and modeling activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client account information across multiple systems.
• Collect and consolidate financial information from multiple internal sources each day and prepare an accurate comprehensive spreadsheet of all cash transactions.
• Monitor intraday cash flows to ensure all movements are executed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct thorough research and provide timely, accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring high-quality service experience and effective issue resolution.
Systems Expertise & Process Management
• Become a subject-matter expert in core IAM systems including Salesforce (CRM), Seismic, Co-Pilot, our proprietary trust platform, Pinacle, I-Hub, FactSet, Tableau, and others.
