The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively support multiple stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding activities and overseeing the TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) inbox. The role will also be accountable for maintaining documentation and driving continuous process improvement. This position requires regular interaction across all levels of the organization and will assist in the creation and coordination of TPRM-related requests. The Portfolio Administrator for the TPRM Office provides essential support across third-party risk management activities. Key responsibilities include: + Facilitating onboarding processes for vendors and products + Ensuring data integrity across vendor and product records + Assigning TPRM resources to incoming requests + Managing stakeholder communications, including monitoring a shared inbox + Maintaining documentation and supporting process workflows + Delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the TPRM lifecycle This role collaborates across multidisciplinary workgroups and actively contributes to projects, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder presentations. A broad understanding of enterprise operations and the interdependencies within Mayo Clinic’s risk and contracting ecosystem is preferred. Familiarity with clinical and administrative systems and their integration is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment in navigating complex, cross-divisional issues, engages stakeholders with sensitivity to competing perspectives, and is adept at resolving ambiguous challenges. Awareness of TPRM processes is preferred, along with a proactive approach to innovation and process improvement. Comfort with emerging technologies and agile environments is expected, as is a commitment to change management initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include special projects and tasks as assigned. ***This position is a 100% remote work. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in healthcare, supply chain logistics, finance, business, nursing, or other clinical areas + Relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of experience + Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, etc.) preferred + Broad knowledge of Mayo Clinic’s clinical, financial, and administrative systems and applications + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments + Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver responsive, solution-oriented support + Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic work settings + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously + Experience supporting cross-functional departments, including Risk, Supply Chain Management, and Legal + Time management skills to meet critical deadlines + Ability to manage vendor relationships and understand customer requirements across Mayo and external collaborations + Demonstrated analytical and project management experience + Preferred certifications: PMP, CISSP, CTPRP + Analytical , Microsoft products, and project management + Customer Service, Multitasking, and ability to deal with ambiguity **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** $91,000- $127,400/ year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. **Benefits Eligible** Yes **Schedule** Full Time **Hours/Pay Period** 80 **Schedule Details** Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 **Weekend Schedule** Weekends as necessary **International Assignment** No **Site Description** Just as our reputation has spread beyond our Minnesota roots, so have our locations.
