Description Portfolio Administrator – Investment Operations A mission-driven wealth management firm is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Portfolio Administrator to join its growing team. This role is central to the delivery of high-quality investment management services and offers the opportunity to work closely with financial advisors and senior investment leadership. Role Overview The Portfolio Administrator will be responsible for managing portfolio reporting, trading, and rebalancing processes. This position requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple platforms and systems. The ideal candidate will also serve as a key internal resource for investment operations and support the Chief Investment Officer in various capacities. Key Responsibilities + Lead portfolio reporting, rebalancing, and trade execution processes. + Serve as the internal expert on Tamarac/Envestnet platforms and custodial systems. + Manage data integrations between custodians and CRM systems. + Ensure accurate portfolio setup and account configuration. + Monitor portfolios for exceptions and maintain data integrity. + Collaborate with advisors and investment committee on portfolio models and settings. + Communicate with custodians to ensure timely and accurate trade execution. + Generate and distribute quarterly client reports. + Document and improve workflows, policies, and procedures. Requirements Qualifications Education & Licensing + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. + Series 65 license (to be obtained within 3–6 months of hire). Required Experience + Securities trading and investment management. + Custodial systems and procedures. + Database management and reconciliation. + CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). + Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Additional Experience + Tamarac portfolio reporting and rebalancing tools. + Experience with Registered Investment Advisors or wealth management firms. Excited about this role?
