Description Portfolio Administrator 📍 Alameda, CA (Hybrid option available) 💰 $90K–$120K + Bonus Jennifer Fukumae at Robert Half is seeking a skilled Portfolio Administrator to join a mission-driven financial services firm focused on delivering personalized investment management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in portfolio reporting, trading, and rebalancing. Role Overview: You will manage portfolio workflows, maintain key data connections across multiple platforms, and work closely with advisors and operations teams to support investment processes. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to help improve and streamline portfolio management.
