Are you ready to be at the forefront of elevating Mars NZ as an executional powerhouse and market success? Mars is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Activation Manager to join their team.
Reporting directly to the MS&D Lead, you will be the vital link between global strategies and local execution, translating ambitious plans into tangible results. You will accelerate segment growth, boost sales, and maximize profit by delivering exceptional brand experiences in an omnichannel environment.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Lead the NZ Portfolio Activation Strategy – define, execute, and optimise in-market plans.
Translate Global/ANZ strategies into tailored customer activations to hit sales targets.
Manage and optimise the NZ portfolio mix, pricing, promotions, and distribution.
Maximise ROI on customer investments in partnership with SRM and Key Account Managers.
Build strong relationships with customers and agencies to deliver impactful in-store activations.
Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement and influence stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with ANZ and NZ teams to ensure strong alignment and execution.
What are we looking for?
University degree in relevant field.
Experienced Trade/Shopper Marketing, category or sales professional (at least 2 years’ experience).
Experience working in a multi branded and multi-functional environment.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong financial acumen.
Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and build networks.
Experience presenting to & influencing various audiences & functions.
