About the role
We are currently recruiting for Part-time Portersto join our Front Office team.
As an energizing and confident Porter, you will join our creative and diverse Front Office Team, connecting with people and making things happen at Hyatt Regency Brisbane. A good understanding of multi-tasking and caring for our guests will ensure your day is full of exciting challenges and is never dull.
This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional hospitality career within an international company.
Your Porter role will include:
Valet parking of guest carsDelivery of luggage to guest roomsAssisting with guest enquiries eg directions, recommendationsHandling guest feedback and resolving any complaintsYou will require a Manual Drivers License for this roleRoles Requirements:
High level of grooming and personal presentationHigh level of both written and verbal communicationFlexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidaysUnrestricted working rights in AustraliaPrevious experience with Opera is advantageousA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
