Summary: Seeking a Portable Metrology Engineering Technologist to conduct laser inspections, develop inspection plans, and interface with various teams for product integration in a DOD manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

BS Degree in a technical field or Associates Degree with 2 years of experience Experience in a DOD manufacturing environment Proficiency in Polyworks or similar inspection software Basic understanding of GD&T Experience with Portable CMM equipment

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 certification process - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Responsibilities: Conduct laser inspections for new design installations Perform inspection tasks using laser data for design changes Interface with Design Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams Develop and deliver quality inspection plans and reports Review laser data to develop preventative action plans

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
