About the Role:

This position plays a key role in optimizing port and warehouse logistics operations — ensuring efficient material flows, strong subcontractor performance, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What You Will Do:

Supervise daily warehouse, inventory, and space utilization activities Coordinate closely with port operators, subcontractors, and port users to align logistics needs Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements Support subcontractor selection, performance evaluation, and contract oversight Monitor logistics KPIs and maintain accurate reporting to support continuous improvement Contribute to the implementation and proper use of WMS / ERP systems Lead, coach, and motivate logistics personnel, fostering a performance and safety culture Identify workflow opportunities to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality

 

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or port operations, ideally in an industrial environment Familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP experience is a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Commitment to HSE compliance and continuous improvement Fluency in Greek & English
