A leading industrial group with an established international presence is seeking an experienced 'Project Manager' to lead the execution of a large-scale marine and industrial infrastructure project in Attica.
This is a high-impact role involving the construction of marine works, storage infrastructure, and associated industrial facilities within a complex operational and regulatory environment.
The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating engineering partners, contractors, authorities, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, compliance, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of marine works, including jetty infrastructure, unloading platforms, pipelines, dredging, and associated facilities Coordinate contractors, engineering firms, marine specialists, and technical partners Oversee construction activities, schedules, budgets, reporting, and project controls Ensure compliance with environmental, HSE, and permitting requirements Liaise with authorities, port services, consultants, and internal stakeholders Support commissioning, testing, and final project handover Drive safe project execution within a demanding industrial environment
Your Profile:
Degree in Civil, Coastal, Marine, Mechanical Engineering or related field 8+ years of experience in marine, port, industrial, or heavy infrastructure projects Strong exposure to marine construction activities such as jetty works, piling, dredging, or coastal infrastructure Good understanding of HSE, environmental compliance, and permitting processes Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary technical teams Ability to operate effectively in complex site-based environments Fluency in Greek and English Availability to work on-site in the Lavrio area on a long-term basis
