We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual for the full-time position of Host/Hostess at Porsche. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor to greet customers upon arrival. The Host will be responsible for coordinating handoffs between the sales and service department, answering customer inquiries, and providing general hospitality services to ensure a seamless guest experience including our Café. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and a dedication to always maintaining a professional and hospitable environment.

Responsibilities
Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous mannerLiaison between the service and sales departmentRealize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customersEstablish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goalsFollow all company policies and proceduresDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendorsOther duties may be assigned by management
Qualification
Professional appearance and work ethicAbility to work well in a process driven environmentPrevious experience working in a busy office environment preferredStrong attention to detailOutstanding communication skills in both verbal and writtenExcellent follow-through skills High school diploma or equivalent
The pay for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. based on experience.
