Shift Pattern: Open availability for mid/evening shifts required (typically earliest start time 10am and latest end time 8pm, business dependent); service will be available weekends only for early/late season, 7 days a week mid-June through September; must be able to work entire season (April through September with no extended time off)
Hourly Rate: $16.90 per hour plus tips
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
at least 6 months bartending experience in a full-service capacityFood Handlers and RBS certificationsComfortable working outdoorsA genuine spirit to provide an elevated, memorable experience for our guests!A Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerMix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standardsPresent and serve beverages to guestsCheck guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulationsAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchersStock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produceCut, store and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishablesRespond professionally to inebriated guests, as neededWhat are we looking for?
