Miraval Pool Attendants provide service to our guests within the Serenity Pool area and interact with guests on a face-to-face basis for the entirety of the shift. This position provides guests with pool service including the maintaining of the pool deck as well as beverage and snack service. This position will work closely with the Baristas and Bartenders. This position is weather dependent. Essential Responsibilities include: · Maintain cleanliness of outdoor tables and chairs · Ensure pool towels are plentiful, distributed to guests, and back stocked · Provide beverage service to guests · Execute coffee and N/A beverage orders · Execute basic alcoholic beverage orders (must be 18 years and older) · Open and post charges for alcoholic beverages using the POS · Work directly with the Roost team to support breaks and outlet coverage · Cover Roost and Harvest Moon team positions when requested during inclement weather · **Complete all Responsible Alcohol Trainings mandated by Hyatt** Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
