Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is seeking a friendly, dependable Pool Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with members, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide excellent service to members and guests in the pool area. Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas following daily procedures. Support overall pool operations with a hospitality-first mindset. Communicate clearly and professionally with members and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important. Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required. Outdoor role in a resort-style, member-focused environment.
