Full Time - 40 Hours - Midnight Shift (10- or 12-hour shifts - start at 7:30PM)
Location: Henry Ford Detroit Main Campus - 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202

Are you a skilled Polysomnographic Technologist who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment? We are seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join our respected Sleep Center team, where you’ll play a critical role in the diagnosis and care of patients with sleep disorders.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and perform complex procedures and therapeutic interventions, including CPAP and BiPAP titrations

Assist technicians in troubleshooting during challenging data acquisition to ensure high-quality sleep studies (PSGs)

Score and tabulate sleep recordings based on established guidelines (sleep stages, respiratory events, limb movements, etc.)

Generate detailed reports and performance summaries for physician interpretation

Maintain compliance with BRPT Standards of Conduct

What We’re Looking For:

Required: High school diploma or GED

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with scientific coursework

Strong knowledge of HFHS Sleep Center Guidelines for Sleep Reliability scoring

Registration as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through BRPT

BCLS Certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required.Bachelors degree with some scientific coursework preferred.Able to score Sleep Reliability by HFHS Sleep Center Guidelines, required.

LICENSURES AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
