What will you do?Polish and inspect all glassware, silverware, and serviceware to ensure they are spotless and pristineOrganize and stock polished items for service, ensuring easy access for FOH team membersHandle delicate items with care, maintaining the integrity and quality of fine dining equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations and storage areasSupport service setup by preparing mise en place for the dining roomAssist with inventory and restocking of linens, serviceware, and equipment as neededCommunicate respectfully and effectively with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flowUphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellenceServe as a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and precision—even in the unseen details
