Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Policy Advisor and QA-QC Specialist to join our team in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy development and quality assurance/control, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a policy specialist. This is a contractual role that requires expertise in administration, legal, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and advise on policies related to quality assurance and quality control within the government sector. Conduct thorough assessments of existing policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify policy needs and recommend improvements. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies and QA/QC practices. Prepare reports and presentations on policy analysis and recommendations for senior management. Provide guidance and training to staff on policy-related matters and QA/QC processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a policy specialist, with a focus on QA/QC. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the government sector. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
