Summary: Act on transaction reports, service inquiries and requests from internal and external customers. Examine policy data for straightforward transactions and make appropriate adjustments as instructed. A typical day will include the following: + Demonstrate agility and flexibility in handling constantly changing priorities. + Communicate with preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data. + Analyze and problem-solve straightforward transactions. Properly refer troublesome transactions to more experienced team members. + Create straightforward transactions in the billing system with accuracy and detail. + Verify and validate information before processing.
