Join our Police Assisted Diversion (PAD) team as a Registered Nurse and help connect individuals with mental health and medical care instead of the criminal justice system. As an RN in this community-based program in Kensington, you'll provide patient-centered nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support harm reduction efforts.
This role is full-time, Monday - Friday, 12p - 8p.
Earn $44/hr.!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct admission assessments and ongoing patient monitoring. Administer medications and provide wound care as needed. Work with providers, behavioral health teams, and city agencies to coordinate care. Lead patient education on substance use treatment, harm reduction, and other health topics. Maintain a safe, supportive environment for staff and patients.Who Are You:
