Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented POI Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver training products, participate in training product development sessions, and instruct training classes.Maintain all applicable POI, Lesson Plans, Practical Exercises, and Evaluations.Deliver the instruction in accordance with the training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process concepts.Complete a Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) modeling survey to build OSINT civilian force structure - Develop DAC curriculum.Utilize synthetic training environments to replicate real-world adversary threat in training/exercises.Establish Army OSINT Continuing Education Program.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelors and 10+ years of related experience, Masters and 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience.Ability to provide input in planning, developing, and implementing the program baseline; identify and analyze minor variances; and define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight.Skilled in the use of standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that may require program-specific modifications.Possesses maturing leadership and management skills.Active TS/SCI Clearance

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​
