As a Product Owner Technical Analyst for Data Solutions, you will be instrumental in the process of developing and delivering innovative data solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remotely.Key duties:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and requirements. Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the product roadmap and business objectives Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team. Document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for BI & analytics projects. Develop prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to illustrate potential solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders. Use prototyping tools such as Figma to create visual representations of data reports, dashboards, and workflows. Iterate on prototypes based on user feedback to refine and improve solutions before full-scale development. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing insights and feedback to optimize project delivery. Collaborate with the developers and QAs throughout the entire implementation cycle, providing clarifications and validate the implementation of the features Support the assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Apply Scrum methodologies to manage project delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Prepare roadmap, timelines, and status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using data-driven insights and BI solutions. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct demos and support the business units during the product adoption. Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for data management. Promote awareness and understanding of data governance principles across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and quality data usage. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on progress, insights, outcomes, and planned features.Qualifications:
Proven experience as Product Owner. Experience as a Product Owner in Business Intelligence & Analytics projects is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Experience in delivering solutions in an Agile Scrum environment. Scrum Master or Product Owner experience is a plus. Strong advocacy for data governance and experience in promoting best practices across the organization. Experience in managing multi-national projects involving multiple stakeholders is a plus. Experience in working with Reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau) is a plus. Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma. Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.Benefits:
