Gather, research, and define product and business requirements, write detailed functional specifications, and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations, and opportunities based on specific market segments and targeted customers. 2. Expand and enhance technical offerings and/or cloud-based business growth and analyze cost/benefit of feature selection. Manage the IT and/or cloud-based product lifecycle and best practices from strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution. 3. Create awareness and increase service adoption for the target market segments and increase sales by leading calls with key customers. Create tools to support the success of the sales team and help identify opportunities to increase that success. 4. Develop and interpret information to assist management with decision-making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions. 5. Ensure that sales and partner teams have what they need to be successful through the strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution. Basic Qualifications Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent. One year of experience in the following skills: (1) owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams; (2) prioritizing complex deliverables while understanding technical concepts, managing trade-offs, and leading meetings with technical and business leaders; (3) utilizing data to manage metrics, drive process improvements, and implement business cases; (4) software product management, preferably in consumer-facing products. The pay range for this position in Sunnyvale, CA is $191,464-$236,800 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
