The Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics [AIDA] organization drives the Analytics & Data Ocean Services transformation for Vodafone.

The PMO Specialist plays a key role within the Portfolio Management team, specifically within the delivery space,  ensuring visibility and traceability of GenAI use casees. This role supports alignment with strategic objectives and accelerates the safe, scalable adoption of AI. Acting as a bridge between Portfolio and Delivery teams, the PMO Specialist enables operational excellence and supports value realization by overseeing KPI tracking and business impact monitoring across AI initiatives.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI Board-approved use cases, ensuring timely implementation by removing blockers and clarifying procedures, approvals, and dependencies.Guide use case owners in the safe and effective implementation of AI and GenAI, providing both strategic and operational support.Track and report on AI Portfolio initiatives, including status, timelines, and roadmap alignment, using the central AI Portfolio Tool.Monitor KPIs and business metrics for production initiatives; design and maintain dashboards for executive reporting.Collaborate with Delivery and Portfolio Managers, Use Case Owners and Local Market Representatives to gain visibility into local and central strategies to identify synergies.Drive continuous improvement in the application of methodologies and tools to portfolio governance, shares best practicesPartner with Governance Manager to organize a monthly Data Domain Council, to drive alignment on strategic objectives, ensuring transparency and traceability while sharing best practices.With these skills you are a great candidate: Strong communications skills at all levels, able to build trustful relationship with stakeholders on various level in the organization.Able to communicate and drive cross-functional alignment effectively over multiple seniorities/roles/teams in a large matrix organization.Self-starter able to work independently and remotelyGrowth mind-set, adaptable, flexible, willing to develop and learn;Good knowledge of Excel and experienced in crafting Power Point presentationsAbility to present to senior managementGood understanding of project management frameworks;University degree, preferred in computer science / statistics / economics / mathematics / statistics or equivalent;Excellent English skills (verbal and written);Sounds like the perfect job?
