The PMO acts as a center of excellence, offering expert advice and guidance on best practices, risk management, and problem-solving. **Main responsibilities:** + Support QC Transformation -Quartz- program Lead for global program coordination and ensure coordination and alignment with Connected Smart Factories program, and all projects under the umbrella of Quartz + Support the various projects & initiatives leaders under the umbrella of Quartz Program, to synchronize, align, sequence & execute accordingly a consistent plan towards ambitions + Consolidate yearly roadmap in the frame of the Budget and StratPlan + Consolidate and tracks TIP actions & coordinate plannings + Propose and coordinate planning, meetings and different events proposed program and key stakeholders + Identify, consolidate, monitor & follow up action plan + Contribute to KPIs delivery (at program Level) to measure program success + Ensure regular & ad ’hoc reporting (e.g. via dashboards) on running initiatives & deployments, Tool usage, Community of Excellence and potential specific Budget & Resources monitoring of dedicated initiative lead in the frame of the programs. + Contribute to communication to sponsors, stakeholders & our industrial network (Best practices, success stories, progress & roadblocks, …) **About you** : + **Experience** : Experience in the Biological, chemical or pharmaceutical industry (3-5 years) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution. Good functional knowledge on QC processes & operations is a plus + **Soft & Technical Skills:** Basic or good understanding of data management and M&S digital products. Leadership / conviction /Strong communication skills. Engages and leverages everyone’s strengths while being highly self-aware. Strong analytical skills.
