In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission

Project GovernanceEstablish and maintain project governance structureEnsure adherence to organizational policies and standardsFacilitate project steering committee meetings and document outcomeProject CoordinationAssist project manager(s) in planning, execution, and monitoring of projectsChallenge PM’s planning and resource allocation for projects (method & tool)Track project deliverables and milestones (OTD)Alert on impacting deviationsMonitor Project log (action, decision)Risk ManagementConsolidate risks and mitigation plan through Risk registerMonitor risk management activities across project(s) and report findingsAnime risk sessions reviewAssist on Risk scenarisation in Schedule planDocumentation and Knowledge ManagementFacilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sessionsStakeholder EngagementFacilitate internal stakeholder workshops and feedback sessionsFinancial ManagementAssist in budget preparation and monitoring for the project(s)Training and SupportProvide onboarding, training and support to project teams on PMO processes and toolsTool ManagementMaintain and support the use of PMO software and tools

We are looking forward to

You have at least 10 years’ experience in a PM or PMO position in an international and technically demanding environmentYou have a good knowledge of MS Project or another project management toolYou have a good knowledge of  Power BI or another reporting toolYou have a solid experience in risk management, project planning & scheduling, project financial monitoringYou are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch are a plusUp to 2 days of working from home are allowed
