Program Management Office Lead – JLLWhat this job involves:As a Program Management Office (PMO) Lead, you will serve as a seasoned professional reporting to the Work Dynamics PDS Projects Team lead on JLL's Vanguard Account while combining program management operations with comprehensive financial management & reporting to deliver superior client service. You will understand and track the full life cycle of work orders/purchase orders, from creation to completion, and analyze their impact on current month's financial results while conducting detailed financial analysis including budget vs. actuals, workforce vs. forecast, and utility spend trends within the assigned real estate portfolio. This role involves serving alongside the PDS Lead as Client's point of contact in the region for strategy, implementation and escalation for CapEx, blending Client's Global direction with Local Business needs.
What your day-to-day will look like:Understand and track the full life cycle of work orders/purchase orders, from creation to completion, and analyze their impact on current month's financial resultsConduct detailed financial analysis, including budget vs. actuals, workforce vs. forecast, and utility spend trends within the assigned real estate portfolioGenerate and support routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, graphs, presentations, and internal/external financial and/or KPI documentationAssist in the annual budget planning process for capital expenditure (CapEx) investments for the assigned real estate portfolioSupport monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles, including data collection, report generation, variance analysis, and commentaryOversee project billing process and ensure proper calculation, invoicing and recognition of costs and related revenues/fees on a timely basisMonitor account profitability with Business Line heads periodically and ensure compliance with GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and Client Finance review standardsProvide accountability to client for Lifecycle/Infrastructure and Minor Ops/FF&E CapEx Project DeliveryLead active involvement during due diligence/planning stage, providing information and recommendations on budget, program, and procurement routeDemonstrate Strategic Partnering by understanding long- and short-term goals of client and identifying opportunities to maximize performanceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant work experienceStrong financial accounting skills with high attention to detailExtensive experience in program managementExcellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Financial Reporting Software systemsUnderstanding of and commitment to client servicesA desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environmentExperience with work order/purchase order lifecycle managementKnowledge of budget planning and capital expenditure processesUnderstanding of financial reporting cycles and variance analysisPreferred Qualifications:CPA preferredManagement/supervisory experience preferredExperience with Oracle/E1 General Ledger System, PlanonKnowledge of asset condition index (ACI) development and updatesUnderstanding of GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and Client Finance review standardsExperience with CapEx project delivery through all phases from design through constructionKnowledge of Integrated Facility Management/Operations team coordinationExperience in strategic partnership development and annual business plan creationUnderstanding of JLL's full range of services for value creation opportunitiesExperience with due diligence/planning stage involvement and procurement route recommendationsLocation:Onsite
